2017-03: Royal China Group has acquired Te Papa Airlines after starting up its own Royal Kiwi and the acquisition of Royal Kiwi eXpress. We are very happy to be able to welcome this fine and well run airline under our umbrella. We have decided to keep the well-known brand but have invested AS$ +30M in new cabin configurations and new service profiles. We will monitor the loads over the near future to decide if and where adjustments to the network are required. We are optimistic to be able to return to profitability soon with these measure.

2017-03: We proudly present the first profitable week after 49 consecutive periods of loss-making. This first positive result was even possible despite some one-time charges. We are optimistic to continue on this upward trend and hope to be able to pay again dividends to our shareholders on a regular basis. Of course this fantastic result wouldn't have been possible without our dedicated and ever-motivated employees and the strong support of our appreciated clients.

2017-07: We happily announce that we have initiated direct flight services between Auckland and London Heathrow with our reliable 787-8 aircraft. The aircraft feature a very comfortable business class cabin and our already known economy class. Flight time is 20:35 between the two cities and covers a distance of 18,359km.
