2017-07: Lucky Star Airways was taken over by the Royal China Group. We will integrate this fine European Airline into our group and align its services with our common standard. Due to traffic right restrictions, the airline will have to give up its international routes. We highly appreciate the investments of all of our shareholders and hope to return high profits to them soon.
2018-06: Royal European has slipped into a loss due to massive over-capacities in the European market and rising fuel prices. We have started to adjust our fleet and are currently replacing A321 with CSeries aircraft or 737-8. While we reduce capacity we can also improve our fuel efficiency. We are confident that within a few weeks we will be profitable again. The load factor has already improved noticeably and the rising AGEX is helping to improve demand as well.
